Shizuku Kanzaki is the only son of the famous wine critic Yutaka Kanzaki. From a young age, Shizuku received a special education from his father, all in the name of wine. From learning how to elegantly decant wine to precisely remembering the smell of leather belts and pencils, this training has instilled in him a deep hatred for all things wine.
